Due the large number of participants already registered, we are not able to accept any more registrations.
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (currency conversion here).
Early registration (by 2 May 2011):
- Student: S$300
- Academic: S$600
- Industry: S$900
After 2 May 2011, late registration fees will be S$400 for students, S$800 for academics and S$1200 for industry.
Note: Members of PASCAL2 will receive free registration. Registration for I2R members will be at the academic rate. If you are a PASCAL2 or I2R member, please indicate that on the registration form.
A cancellation fee of S$30 will be charged for cancellation before 6 June. From 6 June to 13 June the cancellation fee will be $200. No refund will be provided for cancellation after 13 June.
Accommodation at a student dorm, Eusoff Hall can be booked together with registration. This will be affordable at S$23 for students and $40 for non-students per day.
Important note: Accommodation at the student dorm consist of individual rooms with shared bathrooms and is not air-conditioned. There will be a ceiling fan in each room. Internet connection is available in each room but you have to provide your own cable.
In addition, there will be 5 air-conditioned guest rooms at Sheares Hall near Eusoff Hall. These come with attached bathrooms. There are 3 single occupancy rooms costing S$92 per day and two double occupancy rooms with two single beds costing S$103 per day. These will be provided on a first come first serve basis (book through the registration site). If you are sharing a double occupancy room, please make arrangements with the person you are sharing with and have only one person book a double occupancy room.
We will be providing a bus from the dorm to the Matrix at Biopolis in the morning and back to the dorm at the end of the day. You can also take bus 95 from Kent Ridge Terminal next to Eusoff Hall.
You may also choose to book accommodation at nearby hotels, but you will need to do so directly with the hotels. See Accommodation for suggestions.
We are likely to arrange a bus to Sentosa on Saturday 18 June (to be confirmed). You may want to arrange your stay to include Saturday if you want to hang out with other participants of the summer school for the event.
